We cover the entire value chain, from bean to cup, and we train professionals to the right techniques as well as advising them on the most suitable equipment. We support more than 30,000 professionals every day, around the globe. As a major partner to the HoReCa sector, we are also present in OCS, shops and bakeries.

At Cafés Richard, the art of roasting is expressed in all its diversity. We favour the traditional robe de moine roast, a French hallmark of balance and aromatic elegance.
Our two High Roasting sites in Gennevilliers (Paris region) and Saint-Avertin (Loire region) combine expert craftsmanship with cutting-edge technology. This enables us to ensure consistent quality while respecting the unique aromatic profiles of our Signature Blends and Single Origins.
For rarer, more confidential terroirs and for specialty coffees, we rely on artisanal roasting, carried out by our Manufacture or by our Parisian and regional roasters, such as Brûlerie des Gobelins. This tailored approach reveals the unique character of each coffee.
