Our training programs are tailored for all professional clients, restaurants, hotels, tea and coffee shops, spas, hospitality schools, and more. They are delivered in our dedicated space called the UniversiThé, within our two Académie du Café in France and in Dubai.

Lydia Gautier, agronomist and tea sommelier, brings nearly 30 years of experience to our House. A pioneer in tea sommellerie and a recognized figure in the sector, she has been designing our collections for many years. Author of several reference works, she also founded her own brand, which we exclusively distribute to professional clients.
François Cambell, founder of La Route des Comptoirs, French Tea House and Creation Studio, has over three decades of experience as a tea expert. He travels the world’s tea regions in search of the finest leaves, guided by an ethical, sustainable, and producer-respecting approach.
Together, these two specialists shape Cafés Richard’s authentic and committed approach to tea and herbal tea, ensuring quality, originality, and responsibility in every creation.
