Cafés Richard, Bistrot de Torréfacteur
Since 2018, Cafés Richard has extended its coffee expertise through a French-style coffee shop concept inspired by the traditional café-bistro.
Bistrot de Torréfacteur (The Roaster's Bistro) celebrates conviviality, elegance, and the simplicity of warm, timeless places. Coffee is enjoyed in all its forms: a quick espresso at the counter or a coffee and croissant on the terrace.
The concept highlights French coffee culture, with a menu of hot and cold beverages combining essentials and signature creations, complemented by a food offer inspired by classic French recipes.
Bistrot de Torréfacteur is designed for people on the move, seeking authenticity, quality, and a true moment of pleasure.
Brûlerie des Gobelins
Since 1957, Brûlerie des Gobelins has been roasting specialty coffees in the heart of Paris.
At once a neighborhood shop, a roasting workshop and a training location, it embodies a craft-driven vision of coffee. Each bean is carefully selected for its uniqueness, and every roast is designed to express a terroir, a story and a distinct identity.
Through its coffee shops, Brûlerie des Gobelins brings specialty coffee into everyday life, making it both accessible and uncompromising in quality: respect for producers, full traceability and sustainability, richness of aromas, and excellence in coffee preparation.
